The Trenton Health Team is a community-based, health improvement collaborative that serves residents of the six zip codes of Trenton, NJ, with a particular emphasis on the vulnerable and under-resourced. Trenton Health Team works to increase access to quality healthcare for all.
Trenton Downtown Association (TDA) is a nonprofit organization, located in the heart of New Jersey's state capital, devoted to strengthening and promoting downtown Trenton as a great place to live, work and visit.
