Black History Month Celebration 2024

Join us as we begin our celebration of Black History Month with displays of African American History in City Hall's Atrium (319 E. State St.). The displays will be available to view Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. throughout the entire month of February.
