Land Development Ordinance Meeting - Jan 13, 4 p.m.

TDA is hosting an information session for the recently proposed Land Development Ordinance (LDO) in partnership with the Trenton Division of Planning on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 4 p.m. via Zoom.

The LDO regulates the location, size, and types of structures allowed in Trenton and includes basic design standards for new buildings and regulates parking, signs, and landscaping. The goal of the revised ordinance is to achieve the long-term vision articulated in the Trenton250 plan.

The meeting is open to the public and we'd like to encourage all downtown stakeholders to attend and to weigh in on the proposed LDO.
