The Trent House Association presents a talk by Princess Hoagland, immediate past president of the Association and recent recipient of a doctorate in educational leadership from Stockton University. Her talk, “Removing Barriers to Civic Engagement for African Americans,” is based on the research she conducted among Trenton residents.
At this critical time – as our city, our state, and our country are choosing our elected officials – this talk by Princess Hoagland, immediate past president of the Association addresses a critical issue facing our democracy today. The William Trent House Museum is a National Historic Landmark in the Crossroads of the American Revolution National Heritage Area and on the Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail.
