Small Explorers: Archaeology/Can You Dig It?

This month in our Small Explorers program we’re reading "Underground " by Denise Fleming and "Little Archaeologist"by Dan Taylor. We’ll explore the treasures you can find when you dig in the dirt. Check out the Lenape artifacts. See the tools used to dig upartifacts. We’ll make a clay pot and see what else we can find by digging. Enjoy getting a little dirty to explore what's under our feet.

Small Explorers is a FREE program for local children age 5and under and their families. Every month we explore a new theme throughstorytelling, museum objects, crafts, games, and playtime!
