Included in 2023 are 9 restaurants new to Taste Trenton including 7 that opened during the past two years. “This year’s list of restaurants includes a great representation of the cuisines that Trenton has to offer,” notes Bernard McMullan, Taste Trenton’s coordinator. “We are pleased to have Italian, African, Guatemalan, Honduran, Venezuelan, Jamaican, Palestinian, Costa Rican, Mexican, Polish, African American, and many other cuisines reflected in 2023. Their range underscores Trenton’s history as a gateway city to America,” he adds.
Taste Trenton began in 2015 as a single-day event focused on a dozen restaurants in the Chambersburg restaurant district. Since then, it has expanded city-wide and offers guests three days to try out some of Trenton’s best eating spots.
